This creates a potent, oil-based extract often used for immune support, topical applications, or as a natural remedy. Can also be used as an added flavoring to food, such as pasta, salads or roasted vegetables.

How to use:

• Mix oregano oil with olive oil at a concentration of 1 drop of oregano oil to 1 teaspoon of olive oil (or other healthy oil). Massage the mixture into your skin to treat sore muscles and joints.
• Mix equal parts oregano oil and olive oil and apply it with a cotton swab to the affected area to treat toe fungus or warts.
• Take a sip of water, hold it in your mouth and add 1 to 3 drops of oregano oil into the water. Swallow. Follow with more water.
• Or dilute 2 to 3 drops of oregano oil in one cup of water and drink the full cup.
